3. Shipping & Returns

• Orders are shipped from Queens, New York.
• We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages once they are in the care of the shipping carrier.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Please email info@fray-nyc.com to initiate a return or exchange.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
