Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from our studio in Queens, New York.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed.

Shipping partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $300.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

International customers: additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Taxes & Duties

New York State residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout.

International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unworn and unused items in original condition.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
