Shipping & Returns


Shipping
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from our studio in Queens, New York.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed.
  • Shipping partners do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Shipment Pricing
  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $300.

Shipping Policies
  • We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
  • International customers: additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Taxes & Duties
  • New York State residents will be charged applicable sales tax at checkout.
  • International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unworn and unused items in original condition.
  • To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@fray-nyc.com with your order number and details.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
